This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills to deliver seamless and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, program, and implement automation systems, including lighting, AV, security, and climate control solutions.
  • Integrate IoT devices and platforms for centralised control and remote access.
  • Conduct site assessments to identify client requirements and provide technical recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with the design and sales teams to deliver tailored solutions for residential and commercial clients.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for all installations and systems.
  • Stay updated on the latest automation technologies and industry trends.

Key Skills and Qualifications Required:

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in automation systems, IoT technologies, or smart home solutions.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
  • Familiarity with protocols like Zigbee, Z-Wave, and KNX.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
